TroveDoc ("the Service") lets you upload Word (.docx), Excel (.xlsx) and PDF documents and receive machine-generated translations. The Service is operated by [Company Name] ("we", "us").

2. Accounts

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address. You are responsible for the email account you use and for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Your content and third-party processing

You keep all rights to the documents you upload. To provide the Service, uploaded content is processed on our servers and sent to our third-party AI translation provider (DeepSeek) for translation. Do not upload content you are not permitted to share with service providers acting on your behalf.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not upload content that is unlawful or infringes others' rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the Service.
• Do not resell the Service without our written permission.

5. Translation accuracy

Translations are generated by AI and may contain errors, omissions, or awkward phrasing. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it. Do not rely on the Service for legal, medical, or safety-critical content without professional review.

6. Fees and refunds

Some features may require payment. Prices and billing terms are shown at checkout. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once a translation has been processed. If a paid job fails to produce a result, contact us and we will re-run it or refund the corresponding charge.

7. Availability and changes

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or USD 50 if you have not paid us).

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account and data. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
